альфа-банк обанкротился 1998г. с чего это он существует? Типо: он вернулся
алпибег!
а все эти видео про альфа-банк, возможно, вообще вброс самого альфа-банка,
так сказать интересный хитрый пиар, чтоб люди поперли туда (типа за
халявой), а в реальности юридический дыры раздутые, а в реальности их нет и
всё хорошо продумано. Чистое ИМХО и гипотеза.
Да, название видео конечно жёсткое. Проблема в том, что сделки бывают
разными. И ситуации у всех разные. Например, когда при покупке квартиры в
ипотеку, был первоначальный взнос застройщику. Т.е. помимо денег банка, там
еще был ваш капитал. Все эти деньги (и ваши и деньги банка) были отправлены
застройщику в момент заключения сделки. Если кредитный договор признать не
действительным, то начнется такая канитель.. что даже сложно себе
представить. Требовать у застройщика возврата денег? Это полный бред. На
мой взгляд, лучше стараться договариваться с банком. Если уже совсем всё
плохо и договориться не получается, тогда нужно рассматривать вариант с
судом.Но это крайний вариант. А то, что Альфа-банк не дает письменные
ответы, это странно конечно. Видимо боятся фиксировать свою позицию, чтобы
в суде не было претензий к ним… Короче говоря, ситуация сейчас сложная.
Сам жду ответа от банка. Неизвестно, чем всё закончится.
1. Нельзя считать, что банк обязан отвечать на все запросы. Банк в
одностороннем порядке может принять решение не отвечать на данные запросы
письменно. И суд будет на стороне банка.
2. Филиал банка не обязан выполнять функцию почты, Ваше заключение об этом
ошибочно. Поэтому если в договоре указан адрес для кореспонденции г.
Москва, туда и нужно отправлять свои претензии, можно не лично, а заказным
письмом например.
