Новый берег. 10 октября в Посольстве Японии в Москве состоялась пресс-конференция и форум, посвященный сотрудничеству российских девелоперских компаний с японским консорциумом Smart City Planning. Российские бизнесмены объединились с японскими инновационными компаниями для создания в нашей стране «умных городов». Первым примером такого города станет проект «Новый Берег» в Петербурге. В рамках выставочного форума «Матидзукури: умные города нового поколения» 3 российские девелоперские компании — ООО «Северо-Запад Инвест», «Монолит Холдинг» и «Квартстрой» -подписали Меморандум с японским консорциумом Smart City Planning (SCP). Консорциум состоит из 25 инновационных японский компаний, среди которых такие всемирно известные бренды, как Sharp, Hitachi, LG и другие. Цель сотрудничества — анализ современных технологий и их применимость в реализации проектов «умных городов». «Япония уже прошла многие проблемы, которые сейчас стоят перед Россией, и мы готовы делиться решениями и нашими новыми разработками. Консорциум совместно с нашими российскими партнерами намерен налаживать новые связи с бизнес сообществом и органами государственной власти России и Японии», — отметил на пресс-конференции Мицуо Накамура, представитель российской рабочей группы SCP, председатель совета директоров компании Nikken Sekkei.
