Голосование по соглашению с Гарантом по WMK
В соответствии с п 2.3.2 Кодекса Системы, на сайте https://www.shareholder.ru с 15 апреля 2014 года, 08:00 GMT по 25 апреля 2014 года, 08:00 GMT проводится голосование среди участников Системы – владельцев персонального (и выше) аттестата и ненулевыми остатками на кошельках на 14 апреля 2014 года, 16:00 GMT.
Голосование проводится по вопросу заключения соглашения между Администратором системы WebMoney Transfer «WM Transfer Ltd» и KAZGARANT Ltd. о введении в Системе типа титульных знаков WMK, эквивалентных одному казахстанскому тенге, и предоставлении KAZGARANT Ltd. статуса Гаранта Системы по этому типу титульных знаков.
В соответствии с п 2.3.2 Кодекса Системы, решение о заключении соглашения с Гарантом считается утвержденным если «ЗА» высказалось более половины всех принявших участие в голосовании. Порог участия 10%.
