И объемы выпуска этих бумажек пропорциональны объему закупленной виртуальной иностранной валюты… То есть для того, чтобы я мог расплатиться в магазине ста рублями, российская экономика заплатила Соединенным Штатам Америки номинальную стоимость. Если мы к этому добавим расположение наших соответствующих резервов, общую систему платежных балансов, механизм кредитования, который у нас отсутствует, то есть элементы экономического суверенитета, которого у нас нет, мы увидим, что мы платим сегодня порядка 200-300 миллиардов долларов в год.
