В Баку сносят единственный девятиэтажный дом в поселке Баилово расположенный рядом с Площадью флага. Летом прошлого года было принято решение строить рядом с площадью концертный комплекс для проведения в Баку песенного конкурса «Евровидение» на 23 тысячи человек.
