Мы не сомневаемся, что капитан прав, и что менты были пьяные и возможно даже стали участниками ДТП. Трусливые инспектора не составили протоколы, их нужно наказать — уволить. Но матерится как «сапожник» — это просто противно, и тошно слушать маты. Он должен поддерживать дисциплину, а его вечный вынос мозга склоняет инспекторов самим вести преступную деятельность, так как капитан не авторитет.
