АМТ: вернуть деньги из обанкротившегося банка
11 августа в пресс-центре портала Банки.ру прошел круглый стол с участием представителей Агентства по страхованию вкладов (АСВ) и вкладчиков АМТ Банка, у которых были депозиты на сумму свыше 700 тыс. рублей. В ходе мероприятия представители АСВ ответили на вопросы вкладчиков о порядке удовлетворения требований кредиторов первой очереди, о формировании конкурсной массы и процедуре выплат. Как сообщил заместитель гендиректора АСВ Андрей Мельников, уже сейчас видно, что на выплаты всем кредиторам АМТ Банка средств не хватит. По его словам, при пессимистичном варианте развития событий произойдет неполное погашение требований кредиторов первой очереди, но близкое к 100%, при оптимистичном — полное погашение требований кредиторов первой очереди и частичное погашение кредиторов третьей очереди.
