Об этом заявил по итогам заседания Совета Госдумы в четверг, 20 октября, председатель Высшего совета «Единой России», спикер Госдумы Борис Грызлов. Сегодня на дополнительном пленарном заседании Госдума планирует рассмотреть поправки в бюджет 2011 года. Завтра состоится рассмотрение бюджета на 2012 и плановый период 2013 и 2014 гг, отметил Грызлов. «Сегодня при рассмотрении поправок бюджета 2011 года мы примем решение, что бюджет 2011 года будет бездефицитным. Такая возможность есть. Появляются дополнительные средства, которые будут направлены в том числе на реальный сектор экономики — это более 147 млрд рублей и социальный сектор — это около 43 млрд рублей», — сообщил он. Кроме того, на сегодняшнем пленарном заседании будет рассмотрен вопрос о снижении страховых взносов с юридических лиц — с 34% до 30% для всех юридических лиц, а для малого бизнеса, работающего в производственной и социальной сфере — с 34% до 20%. «Это имеются в виду взносы в Пенсионный фонд, взносы в фонд обязательного медицинского страхования и т.д.», — уточнил Грызлов. «Думаю, что это долгожданный законопроект.
