О поддержке фермерских хозяйств
Фермерские хозяйства занимают достойное место в агропромышленном комплексе нашего региона. В этом году в областном реестре хозяйствующих субъектов отрасли числится 770 крестьянских хозяйств и индивидуальных предпринимателей, занимающихся сельскохозяйственным производством. Понимая высокую роль малых форм хозяйствования в развити агропрома, областное правительство считает поддержку фермерского сектора одним из приоритетов своей работы. Сегодня наши фермеры активнее развивают молочное и мясное животноводство и, чтобы не зависеть от ежегодных колебаний цен на картофель, овощи и сено, второй год крестьянские хозяйства области участвуют в реализации отраслевой программы развития пилотных семейных животноводческих ферм на базе крестьянских хозяйств. Фермерам компенсируется часть затрат на приобретение элитных семян, минеральных удобрений российских производителей, на страхование урожая, на содержание племенного маточного поголовья сельскохозяйственных животных. Общая сумма поддержки крестьянских хозйств и индивидуальных предпринимателей в 2010 году по направлениям, курируемым Министерством сельского хозяйства, составила более 156 миллионов рублей. Получено 72 кредита на сумму почти 140 миллионов рублей. За I полугодие фермерские хозяйства получили государственную поддержку в виде субсидий 65,5 миллионов рублей.
