Комитет по защите прав заключённых Международного Общественного Правозащитного Движения «Единство» заключил договор № СКД 047 с ООО Страховая компания «Держава» от 12 апреля 2012 года о сотрудничестве по страхованию граждан содержащихся в местах принудительного содержания. Впервые в России разработаны новые правила по страхованию граждан содержащихся в местах лишения свободы. Комитет по защите прав заключённых МОПД «Единство» имеет полномочия Страхователя и согласно Устава будет дополнительно оказывать помощь в страховании от несчастного случая и юридическом сопровождении страховых полисов.
Страховыми случаями по договору страхования (страховому полису) являются:
1. Травматический повреждения застрахованного лица, в результате несчастного случая, в том числе: в том числе в результате противоправных действий третьих лиц.
2. Постоянная утрата трудоспособности в результате несчастного случая с установлением инвалидности: в том числе в результате противоправных действий третьих лиц.
3. Смерть в результате несчастного случая в том числе: в результате противоправных действий третьих лиц
Дополнительно заключается ДОГОВОР на оказание консультационных (юридических) услуг по представлению интересов в судах; оформляются судебные доверенности по желанию заключённого на представителя Комитета по защите прав заключённых МОПД «Единство» и на выгодоприобретателя (родственника).
Страховой полис с юридическим сопровождением стоит 10000 (десять тысяч)рублей в год, выплата с в случае наступления страхового случая 100000 (сто тысяч)рублей. Страховой полис оформляется от 01 до 5 рабочих дней, с момента поступления оплаты. Полис страхования от НС регистрируется в страховой компании, в Комитете по защите прав заключённых; оригинал высылается родственникам заключённого. Ещё один оригинал с копией сопроводительным письмом от Комитета высылается в учреждение, где отбывает наказание заключённый. Оригинал в личное дело, копия вручается застрахованному гражданину. Запрашиваются медицинские документы о состоянии здоровья страхуемого лица на момент получения страхового полиса.
Для оформления документов необходимо — ФИО страхуемого, дата рождения, паспортные данные (желательно), адрес с индексом где отбывает наказание, ФИО начальника учреждения. ФИО родственника (выгодоприобретателя), дата год рождения, серия номер паспорта, кем когда выдан где зарегистрирован адрес с индексом, куда направлять оригинал страхового полиса номер телефона для связи Другие подробности по телефону — 8-910-457-94-95.
